Responsibilities: To lead a team of 5 to 6 in order to formulate and develop all marketing plans & activities, event management, media relationship as well as in-store promotion To formulate and execute marketing strategies and marketing plan to achieve brand exposure and profit growth objectives To develop and monitor marketing budget and ensure the expenses of all promotions are within budget and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities To work closely with all departments to manage the scheduled retail activities To establish professional relationship with press & media in order to connect to right media channels for company��s exposure To work with external market research house to deliver market research on customers behaviour, buying behaviour and branding. Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing and others. Have at least 6 years in a retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion firms.
